KULTALA BACKS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT DRIVER LICENSES

LANSING- At the forum Wednesday night, Mrs. Kultala supported Motor Voter registration of illegal immigrants and is OK with over 50,000 current licenses in the hands of individuals that Kansas Secretary of Revenue, Joan Wagnon testified, "could not prove legal residency."

Kultala's opponent, Steve Fitzgerald, like 77% of American citizens, opposes driver licenses for illegal’s saying: "What Mrs. Kultala doesn't understand or just doesn't care about is that driver's licenses are the de facto proof of identity and residency in the US. People do not question its legitimacy because they wrongly assume that government verifies proof of identity and citizenship before they issue them. This poses a criminal and terror threat. "

"Motor Voter laws then allow not only the privilege of driving a vehicle in the United States but also allows automatic enrollment to vote. Election officials must accept as true anything a prospective voter/motor vehicle operator puts on the form. Politicians are putting those that have already broken our laws to come to this country and broken our laws to work in this country, on the honor system when it comes to these non-citizens voting in our elections."

"This is extremely serious as it contributes to fraudulent voting and many of our elections are settled by just a few votes. Last election, for instance, I lost by just 600 votes, just a few fraudulent votes can make a very big difference."

"Fraudulent activity is already a matter of record in Kansas City and across the nation by activist organizations like ACORN and illegal immigrant activist groups like La Raza threatened as much 2 years ago saying: "Today we march, tomorrow we vote. Well, tomorrow has arrived."

Kansans already subsidize illegal immigrant costs of emergency room healthcare, free public education of their children, and increased prison costs if we catch and incarcerate illegal’s engaging in hard crimes.

"Evidently, Mrs. Kultala is all right with all of this. I am not", said Fitzgerald.
